Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email when your purchase is made and a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Within the United States

Built Different USA currently ships within the U.S. only.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
(Delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or seasonal volume.)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping option.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If you need to correct an address, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Built Different USA is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
For lost packages, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number.
